Beginning in 2005, my wife Kendra and I began managing rental properties for owners that could not sell their homes.
This developed and turned into more and more as the years went by until we met our real estate mentor in 2009.
He helped us understand that we need to go big or do something else. So, we opened a property management company and real estate investment company in 2009. In the years since, we have bought and sold over 600 houses for hedge funds, private investors and ourselves!
Having never called anywhere other than Dallas home, I’m a true blue Texas girl!
The early years of my professional life were spent in various roles in the architectural, financial and charitable sectors, with most of those spent as an executive assistant.
Since 2004, I have been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas, and have been involved in residential, commercial and land deals from almost the beginning.
My true passion and expertise lies in the investment side of business. My husband Jamie and I did our first “flip” in 1995 right after we were first married.
No doubt there were challenges living in our first investment, but it really ignited my fire for what would later become our core business.
Throughout the last 16 years, we have bought and sold over 600 homes! Fix and flips, rentals, acquisitions for hedge funds, construction…you name it and I have probably been involved!
We did our first “Subject-To” deal in 2006 and it has been a staple of what we do ever since. 50+ “subject-to deals” later and it is more relevant now than when we began!
